The BC Council for Families' team of dedicated professionals is committed to creating healthy families in a healthy society.

The variety of skills, education and experience that the staff bring to their work enable the Council to meet the needs of families and family serving professionals throughout BC.


Joel B. Kaplan - Executive Director
Joel has many years of experience working in the Non-Profit sector and brings a wealth of experience and guidance to the BC Council for Families.
